This is the second time the screen cracks, starting from the upper left corner. We are not sure if it's wrong handling or if there is some tension on the screen

It happened for the second time - a crack starting in the upper left angle. I am now wondering if my daughter held it there (although she said not after the second crack) or if there is some tension on the screen.. We would like an approximate quote to get it replaced.
