Project details

Hello, I am planning to open a small concept bookstore café in Basel-Stadt (approx. 55–60 m², shop + apartment combined). I already have an existing floor plan, but I need support to adapt it for a Nutzungsänderung (change of use) and Baueingabe. The project is relatively small and simple. I am not looking for a full architectural project or expensive design service. I mainly need: * Guidance for the permit process (Basel-Stadt experience is a big plus) * Help with simple building plans / layout adaptation * Basic interior layout ideas (books + coffee concept) Good German is important, as communication with local authorities will be necessary. I am looking for a practical, efficient and cost-conscious person who can support me in a straightforward way. Thank you very much and I look forward to your response.
